Self-Storage COVID-19 Announcement

Despite the viral outbreak of the COVID-19 strand, Airport Village continues to take the initiative of prioritizing our team members and our renters with their safety in mind. For the well-being of our renters, we’ve taken special precautions by enacting procedures as recommended by our health safety officials.

Our facility and office remain open with the 6-foot distancing rule, but if anything changes, Airport Village will be contacting all renters and revoking access to high foot traffic areas.

Renters will still have access to their storage units and because our facility, like most self-storage facilities across the country, is an “Essential Service Necessary to Maintain Essential Operations of Residences or Other Essential Businesses”, we do not foresee any significant alteration of storage unit access hours at this time.

Currently, all facility offices and access remains open. At this time, new and existing customers can still complete self-storage leases and make rental payments by phone or online using our website programs. If the situation changes, employees will still be able to provide assistance over the phone to help with leasing, payments, hours and other inquiries.

Additionally, our Kelowna self-storage facility takes great pride in our cleanliness, as it remains paramount to our renters’ health, safety, and well-being. Cleanliness is Employees are taking extra precautions, including wiping down door handles and gate keypads cleaning surfaces regularly after each use.

At Airport Village, we recognize that the outbreak is evolving. Because of this, policies and procedures are subject to change based on restrictions, closures, and regulations designed to care for the safety of our community. Signage at all of our facilities contains updated information and phone numbers for assistance.

Customers can always contact us by phone or online with any questions or for more information.
